STANDARD SERVICE

Once your order is received credit authorization and verification is successfully processed, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options. This is an estimate, if you have specific arrival date needs please notify us via email prior to ordering.   

OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday & Sunday delivery is not available, unless confirmed by a Neon Nancy representative.

PO BOXES & APO/FPO OR U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
